I’ve changed my mind about my order. Can I return or exchange it? |
If you change your mind, you may be able to return products for refund or exchange if: (a) you email us at gillawarra.arts@gmail.com requesting a return and/or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase; (b) the item is returned to us within 14 days of your email notification to us; and (c) the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, is unworn and unused with the original tags still attached (if any). Please note: We are unable to offer refunds on ‘sale’ items, unless faulty or wrongly described. We are unable to offer exchanges to international customers. |
I received my order, but it seems to be faulty. What should I do? |
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us at gillawarra.arts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase so that we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the product or refund you the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and if the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.
